Hi! Welcome to “Take the Chef Out”!
This is a website where I will be posting up food photos that I have managed to cook. Some of them are my very own recipe while most are those that I found in the World Wide Web with my very own twisted-twistees-tumbo-tambo!
WHY “Take the Chef Out”?
Cos, well.. the chef here is a part-time student and a full-time volunteer (volunteering to house-sit my own house that is). So most of my mornings are spent dishing food and/or men out (whichever is preferable) and my nights are spent burrowing myself into piles of books after books with relations to the Digital Media world. I, therefore am somebody who is in DIRE need to socialize more often but many of my compadres are working or schooling.
So why a food(photo)blog?
I have two of my hobbies combined into one place! Who doesn’t love it right when you can combine your two favourite hobbies together? I love to take photos, especially macro shots and you can find me mostly in the kitchen than the dining room.
I usually just post up photos as this is a food(photo)blog. Hence, there won’t be any recipes but but.. if you like what you see and would love to try, just say “I love this! Gimme the hootzah!” or you can just ask for the recipe.
